Thank you for purchasing a ticket to the Ascension Conference. By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully before completing your registration.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity:

  1. Refunds Requested 30–60 Days Before the Event Date

    • If you request a refund 30–60 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your ticket price.

  2. Refunds Requested Less Than 30 Days Before the Event Date

    • No refunds will be provided for refund requests made 30 days or less prior to the event date.

  3. Additional Notes

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval.
    • This refund policy applies only to standard ticket purchases and does not include non-refundable upgrades, such as VIP experiences.

Waiver of Liability

By registering for the Ascension Conference, you agree to release Next Level Soul, its organizers, and associated facilitators (collectively, the “Organizers”) from all liability, including financial responsibility, for any injuries, damages, or issues incurred during your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You waive the right to pursue legal action against the Organizers for any reason.
